9. Betting Procedures

In this section will refer to the rules in general and for specific products and games in addition to the specific products rules which are found in a separate link from this page.

Leo88 will not be liable and given absolute discretion to void, cancel and rectify the error(s) if there is an error or any errors in respect of your bets including where in:

(a) Related to Sports

  • Incorrectly posted the relevant odds/handicaps/spreads/ and other betting types and event/match/markets
  • System continues to accept bets on closed or suspended event/match/markets
  • Incorrect results and settlements
  • Incorrect price posted prior to the start of an event, during Live Betting In-Running or after the event/match/market. Leo88 will endeavor to immediately rectify the errors or when obvious error is identified any open bets will stand and be settled at the Leo88 revised price and or Leo88 sole and absolute discretion allow the option of cancelling the bet.
  • Incorrect Fixture, naming of the particular participant and name, team, venue was quoted, bets placed on that particular event/match or participant will be deemed void.
  • In the event after you have made a bet and confirmed, is interrupted by a failure of the communications system or a failure of the member's communication or computer system that prevents you from continuing to bet, the bet shall conclude on its own and on the restoration of the system you may view the outcome of your bet in your "Bet History" pages.
  • Late bets is advertently accepted after a event/match has commenced (kick-off), bets will be settled as follows:
    • If the event and market is covered In-Play then bets will stand at the revised price at the time the bet was placed (where a revised price is deemed less than 1/1000 then bets will be deemed void), unless the outcome is already known in which case such bets will be void.
    • If the event or market is not covered in Live Betting in Running then the bet will stand as long as the selected participant, event/match or team has not gained any advantage (e.g. a score, etc). If there any advantage has been gained Leo88 is at sole and absolute discretion to void/cancel the bet, win or lose and rewards points (e.t.c.). Any bet placed where the outcome is already known, including Live Betting In-Running, will be made void.

(b) Related to Casino

  1. Live Dealers Casino

    • Leo88 shall accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed alleged to have arisen or in connection with website or its contents; including and without limitation on any downtime, server disruptions, lagging on live video streaming, communication or internet line failure, errors and omissions in contents or any technical interruption to the game play.
    • Leo88 is not liable if you experiencing slow in your internet connection service, interruption from your internet service provider and computer/browser issue which you are experiencing slow/lagging in receiving our live video streaming.
    • Incorrect result due to human or system error - your bets will be refunded.
    • In the event after you have made a bet and confirmed, is interrupted by a failure of the communications system or a failure of the member's communication or computer system that prevents you from continuing to bet, the bet shall conclude on its own and on the restoration of the system you may view the outcome of your bet in your "Bet History" pages.
    • In the event of a casino system malfunction all bets are deemed void.

  2. Random Number Generated Games (RNG)

    • Leo88 will not be liable for any error occurs in RNG, pay tables, jackpots (slots) included, incorporated or used in any game or product.
    • Your bet will stand if you either intention and or intentionally remove the power cable, close the browser, close the game application or download application, logout from the account and/or plug-out your internet cable before and/or during the game play and the game is in the position to start and/or before resulted, or due to your telecommunication error or slow in connection, and is a confirmed bet. The confirmed bet shall conclude on its own once after resulted with outcome and on the restoration of the system you may view the outcome of your bet in "Bet History" pages.
    • Leo88 is not liable if you experiencing slow and or interruption in your internet connection service, and your computer/browser issue which you may experiencing games disconnection.
    • In the event of a casino system malfunction all bets are deemed void.
    • System Bots/Machine or artificially program to play in the RNG is prohibited entirely including real money and play for fun.

(c) Related to Lottery

  • Leo88 shall accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed alleged to have arisen or in connection with website or its contents; including and without limitation on any downtime, server disruptions, lagging on opening and closing of the event/market, communication or internet line failure, errors and omissions in contents or any technical interruption to the game play.
  • If the system continues to accept bets on closed or suspended markets
  • Incorrect results and settlements; all bets are deemed voided.
  • Incorrect price posted, Leo88 will endeavors to immediately rectify the errors or when obvious error is identified any open bets will stand and be settled at the Leo88 revised price, and or Leo88 sole and absolute discretion allow the option of cancelling and void the bet.
  • Incorrect event/markets quoted, bets placed on that particular event/match or participant will be deemed void.
  • In the event after you have made a bet, is interrupted by a failure of the communications system or a failure of the member's communication or computer system that prevents the you from continuing to bet, the bet shall conclude on its own and on the restoration of the system you may view the outcome of your bet in your "Bet History" pages.
  • Late bets are advertently accepted after an event/market has commenced, bets will be voided and your stakes amount will be refunded.

  • Only the games displayed on the lobby of the main site Leo88 would be counted as legal products and acceptable for turnover or win-loss calculation. Those games directly on the Providers' site would not be accepted, and all the winning amount if any would be forfeited or could not be made any withdrawals.
