2. Member Betting Account

2.1 Registration of your new Member account​

  • 2.1.1 - You need to register a real money account and deposit before you can play for real money. Please click here to register for a real money account.

  • 2.1.2 - You must provide your full name during account registration according to your Passport or name in your National Identity Card. Refer to 2.2 and 3.

  • 2.1.3 - Please select your preferred currency before registration. You will not be able to change the account currency once the account has been successfully registered.

  • 2.1.4 - Leo88 have the sole right to offer and appoint different and/or various type of banking options to act, receive and/or fund on behalf of Leo88

  • 2.1.5 - You are only allowed to have one registered account on this website. If you have opened more than one member account, all accounts that you have opened will be subject to be blocked or closed. Leo88 reserve the right to terminate or suspend all the accounts or either to allow one single member account and the rest of the accounts shall be blocked and closed. Refer to 2.3. Result to this, your funds and winnings maybe forfeited from the member accounts.

  • 2.1.6 - You must be over 18 years of age to register an account with us. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age from any member and suspend the account until satisfactorily documentation is provided and verified.

  • 2.1.7 - Registration and access the website (including Leo88 alternative or other URLs, download applications, mobile applications) is prohibited to access from any territories, Country and jurisdictions from The Philippines, United States of America (USA), Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, where all the transactions relating to such unauthorized bets will be voided and your account will be suspended/closed.

  • 2.1.8 - You are responsible to ensure that your laws applicable and/or do not prohibit you to register account, accessing the website, play and downloading and installing the software.

  • 2.1.9 - You understand that by participating and play in the Games, you are aware and agree the risk of losing money deposited into your betting account.

  • 2.1.10 - You are not allowed to be involved in any fraudulent, fixing, collusive/collusion (i.e. chip dumping) or other unlawful activity in relation to your participation in any of the games, products and applications and shall not use any software assisted methods such as robot, techniques or software/hardware devices for your participation in any of the games, products and applications. Refer to 2.2.

2.2 Member Account Details​

  • 2.2.1 - You must keep your password confidential. All bets wagered will stand if your username and password have been entered correctly (login success) whether or not authorized by you or acted on behalf. Refer to point 2.3.

  • 2.2.2 - Please login to your account and request to change your password immediately if you at any time feel a third party is aware of your username and password.

  • 2.2.3 - You access and bet on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.

  • 2.2.4 - You are not a resident in the Philippines, United States of America (USA), Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore.

  • 2.2.5 - All information that you have provided and registered in the system is true, complete and correct, and that you shall immediately notify Leo88 of any changes of such information.

  • 2.2.6 - You are responsible for reporting and accounting for any taxes applicable to you under your relevant laws for any winnings that you receive from Leo88

2.3 Suspension & Closure​

  • 2.3.1 - Leo88 reserve the right to close or suspend your account without any given notice and reason which may result to forfeiture of funds and winnings from your account if:

    (a) - More than one member account (duplicate / multiple account) and or deliberately act as bonus abuser.

    (b) - Leo88 consider that you have used the website, downloaded software and applications in a fraudulent manner or for illegal and/or unlawful or improper purposes.

    (c) - Leo88 consider that you have used the website, downloaded software and applications and banking methods in an unfair manner or have deliberately cheated or taken unfair advantage of Leo88 and any other related URLs.

    (d) - If Leo88 closed or suspended for any reasons referred to in (a) to (c) above, you shall be liable for any and all claims, losses, costs and expenses incurred by Leo88 and other related URLs and you shall indemnify and hold Leo88 harmless on demand for any such claims.

    (e) - Leo88 shall also be entitled to withhold or forfeit all amounts including deposits which would otherwise have been paid which including any winnings, rewards, rebates and bonus payments referred to in (a) to (e) above.

  • 2.3.2 - Leo88 sole and absolute rights to further suspend or close for any future accounts that Leo88 reasonably believe that the suspended/closed account registered from the same member, a group/syndicate member. All bets, bonuses and winnings will be voided on all the related accounts without any notice and reasons given. Refer to 2.3.
