2. Member Obligation

Member’s obligation in this rules and regulations is the provision from terms of use.

As a member, you hereby agree, acknowledge and declare that:

  1. You will use Leo88 website (or any specify/alternative URL’s, software and applications) solely for the purpose of your genuine participation in the games and not for any financial gained, abusing the website/game, acted fraudulent, syndicated and or group. Your genuine participation is strictly in your personal capacity for recreational and entertainment purposes only.
  2. If there is evidence of a series of bets, bets on both side, or containing the same selection(s) having been placed by or for the same member or group/syndicate, Leo88 reasonably believe with any reason the member has acted to fraud the system and website, Leo88 reserve the right to suspend and/or close account, void, cancel and withhold any pending withdrawal.
  3. Member is responsible to instantly report in any of the following scenarios: Refer to 5.1.3. Terms of Use.
    1. Incorrect results and settlement under whatever circumstances they occurred.
    2. Mistakenly credits of funds (amount/value in terms of amount) or in the event of incorrect crediting into your account
    3. Winnings that do not belong to your account.
    4. Mistakenly paid out to your account and you have intentionally requested for fund out (withdrawn) a partial/full funds that do not belong to your account.
    5. If the location of the event/match/game is changed and the particular event/match/game is yet suspended/closed on the website.
  4. Leo88 is not liable for any financial loss and or bets which are concluded by third parties or any other person from using your account for wagering purpose. It is your responsibility to keep all your account details confidentiality and Leo88 is not responsible due to your negligence. Refer to 2.5. (iii) and terms of use.

All the conditions set hereof and provisions therein resulted to void and cancellation of bets. All Terms of Use apply. Leo88 and Management reserves the right of final decision.
